Worcester, MA — October 15, 2025 — More than 200 leaders in aging services gathered at the College of the Holy Cross for the 71st Annual Meeting of the Membership and Achievement Awards Celebration, hosted by LeadingAge Massachusetts, the statewide nonprofit trade association representing mission-driven aging services providers. The event recognized exceptional individuals and organizations that exemplify excellence, compassion, and innovation in aging services across the Commonwealth.

“Each of this year’s honorees embodies the best of our field — compassion, innovation, and purpose,” said Elissa Sherman, President of LeadingAge Massachusetts. “Their work creates lasting ripples of impact, inspiring us all to continue advancing quality, dignity, and connection in aging services.”
