Celebrating the 2026 LeadingAge MA Leadership Academy Graduates

Posted By: Jeanmarie Roberts Association Updates,

LeadingAge Massachusetts is proud to celebrate the graduates of the 2026 Leadership Academy, recognizing a remarkable group of professionals who have spent the past nine months investing in their growth as leaders within the field of aging services.

Since its launch, the Leadership Academy has supported and inspired more than 250 graduates who now serve in leadership roles across the continuum of aging services. This year’s class joins a growing network of professionals committed to leading with purpose, strengthening their organizations, and shaping the future of care and services for older adults.

Throughout the program, participants engaged in thoughtful discussions, leadership development exercises, collaborative learning, and personal reflection designed to strengthen communication, self-awareness, strategic thinking, and leadership effectiveness. The relationships and connections formed throughout the Academy continue to be one of the program’s greatest strengths, creating a lasting network of peer support and collaboration across the field.

LeadingAge Massachusetts extends sincere appreciation to instructor Stephen Colwell for his leadership, mentorship, and guidance throughout the program. We are also deeply grateful to our generous sponsor, CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen LLP), for helping make this important leadership development opportunity possible.
