Who should apply
The Leadership Academy is designed for emerging and developing leaders in aging services who are ready to grow their confidence, deepen their self-awareness, and strengthen their ability to lead with purpose.
Ideal applicants may be stepping into new leadership responsibilities, preparing for future advancement, or looking to better understand their own leadership style and impact. Participants do not need to hold a senior-level title to benefit from the experience. The Academy is especially meaningful for individuals who show promise, curiosity, commitment to the field, and a willingness to engage fully in a reflective cohort-based learning experience.
- Emerging leaders with demonstrated potential for growth
- New or developing managers who want to strengthen their leadership foundation
- Professionals preparing for expanded responsibilities within their organization
- Mission-driven team members who want to lead more intentionally and effectively
- Individuals who would benefit from deeper self-awareness, peer connection, and practical leadership development
Organizations are encouraged to nominate team members who are ready to invest in their own growth and who have the potential to make a meaningful impact within their organization and the broader aging services field.
