LeadingAge equips members with tools that strengthen organizations and improve care for older adults. In collaboration with LeadingAge New York, members now have access to the Report Portal — a member benefit providing easy access to quarterly and monthly CMS nursing home, home health, and hospice data, drawn directly from Care Compare.

The portal delivers exclusive reports that help members assess quality measures over time and in comparison to local competitors. These reports can support quality improvement initiatives, identify staff training needs, inform board presentations, strengthen outreach to referral sources, bolster payer and provider negotiations, improve star ratings, and guide strategic decision-making with a data-informed approach.

For nursing home members, LeadingAge Massachusetts will continue to provide quarterly 5-Star report links. In addition, eligible provider members are encouraged to access the Report Portal directly to retrieve reports whenever needed.
