Your Member Compass: Manage Your Profile, Team, and Registrations in One Place

The Member Compass is your personalized, self-service hub within the LeadingAge Massachusetts website. It is designed to make it easy for you and your team to manage your information, register for events, track invoices, and stay connected with your membership benefits—all in one place.

Whether you log in occasionally or manage access for your organization, the Member Compass gives you greater visibility and control.


How to Access Your Member Compass

  1. Log in to the LeadingAge Massachusetts website.

  2. Click on your name in the top-right corner of the screen.

  3. Select Member Compass from the dropdown menu.

Tip: You can also go directly to your dashboard by visiting
www.leadingagema.org/member-compass (you must be logged in).


What You Can Do in the Member Compass

All logged-in users can:

  • Update your personal profile
    Review and update your contact information so we can stay in touch and ensure accurate records.

  • Register for events and view your history
    See upcoming events you are registered for, access webinar links, and review past attendance.

  • Track invoices and payments
    View open balances, pay invoices, review your account history, and manage saved payment methods.

  • Manage your login and password
    Update your login email or password directly from your account.


Additional Tools for Primary Contacts and Company Managers

If you are a Primary Contact, Billing Contact, or have management access for your organization, you can also:

  • Update your organization’s profile
    Keep company contact information and details current.

  • Add or manage team members
    Add colleagues to your organization’s record, assign access, and ensure the right people receive member benefits and communications.

  • Register staff for events
    View registrations across your organization and manage participation more efficiently.

  • View and pay company invoices
    See balances and transactions tied to your organization and related staff.

This functionality is especially helpful for keeping your roster up to date and making sure new team members can fully engage with LeadingAge MA.

Need Primary or Management Access?
If you believe you should have primary, billing, or management access for your organization and do not currently see those options in your Member Compass, please reach out to the LeadingAge Massachusetts team. We are happy to review your request and help ensure the right people at your organization have the appropriate access.


Creating Individual Profiles

Individuals associated with a LeadingAge Massachusetts member organization may create their own website account by selecting “Create an Account.” Once logged in, they can access their personal Member Compass to update contact information, register for events, and track their activity.

After an account is created, the LeadingAge Massachusetts team will review and connect the individual to the appropriate organization on the back end of our system, ensuring access to member benefits and pricing where applicable. No additional action is required by the individual.
