Tradeshow Booth Registration

Register here to secure your organization’s booth in the EXPO Hall at the LeadingAge Massachusetts Annual Conference & EXPO. The trade show is a centerpiece of the conference experience, bringing together aging services leaders, decision-makers, and solution providers for a full day of connection, discovery, and relationship-building.

Exhibiting offers direct access to provider members across the continuum, meaningful face-to-face engagement, and strong brand visibility within the LeadingAge Massachusetts community. This registration is for trade show booth space only. Booth staff and attendee registration will be handled separately and will open in the spring.

Exhibitor Details & Logistics

Everything exhibitors need to know before arriving at the 2026 Annual Conference & EXPO.

Exhibitor Setup

Wednesday, June 10 – 7:00–8:00 AM

Pending availability from the hotel, we are hoping to offer setup on Tuesday, June 9, in the evening. We will send an email on Friday, June 5 to confirm.

Expo Hours

8:00–8:45 AM – Breakfast and Registration

10:15–11:00 AM – Break

12:00–1:30 PM – Lunch

Exhibitor Breakdown

All booths: 1:30–2:15 PM

What comes with an exhibit space?
  • 6-foot table with 2 chairs
  • Power available upon request
  • Listing on the event webpage
  • A list of conference attendees prior to the event
  • Two attendees to staff the booth
Can I view the exhibit hall floor plan to see what space is available?

Annual Partners will have the option to provide booth preferences. All other exhibitors will be assigned with the intention of minimizing adjacent competition and creating a balanced show.

Can I ship items to the hotel in advance?

Yes. Please ship items directly to the hotel.

Please add your company name and the date of the event (June 10) to the outside of the package. This will help ensure it is put aside for you.

Can I attend education sessions with my exhibitor badge?

Unfortunately, due to limited space, exhibitors are not able to attend education sessions. We encourage you to use breaks to network with attendees.

Will I get an attendee list?

Yes, the day before the conference.

Do you have a hotel room block?

Yes, we have a block available at a reduced rate only until 5:00 PM on Monday, May 11.
