Lasell Village

Lasell Village, located on the campus of Lasell University in Newton, Massachusetts, is a nationally recognized Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) rooted in lifelong learning and intergenerational engagement. Opened in 2000, it is the first senior living community in the country to feature a formal learning requirement: each resident completes a minimum of 450 hours of education and fitness activities annually in partnership with the University. The Village includes 182 independent living apartments, 9 supported living studios (Lasell Studios), and the 38-bed Lasell House skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.
