Christopher House of Worcester

Christopher House is a 150-bed not-for-profit skilled nursing facility located in Worcester, Massachusetts right down the street from UMass Hospital. We are contracted with pretty much every insurance as well as the UMass ACO. We are JCAHO accredited. In 2025, we were one of only a handful of nursing facilities in Massachusetts to be recognized by US News & World Report to one of the Best Nursing Homes for BOTH Long Term Care and Short-Term Rehabilitation. We have 4 distinct units consisting of a 27-bed short term rehab unit, a 41-bed Dementia Special Care Unit, and two 41-bed long term care units. All of our services are provided by in house staff rather than contracted. We have an amazing number of employees with decades of tenure which helps facilitate the amazing high level of quality care delivered daily to our residents
