Empowering Managers to Lead with Purpose, Clarity, and Confidence

The Leading with Confidence series is a seven-part virtual training program designed to strengthen frontline and mid-level managers across aging services organizations in New England. Developed and led by Del Gilbert of Accelerating Excellence, the series provides practical tools and actionable strategies to improve engagement, accountability, communication, and overall leadership effectiveness.

Each 2-hour session is engaging, cohort-based, and supported by professionally designed handouts and resources. Topics include:

• Employee Accountability: Addressing behavior with clarity and confidence

• Conflict Resolution: Navigating tensions with practical mediation skills

*Final class will be held on Thursday to accommodate the Veterans Day holiday.
