Governance Webinar Series 2026
LeadingAge MA members are invited to join LeadingAge Virginia for the 2026 Governance Webinar Series, a four-part program designed to equip aging services leaders with the tools and strategies needed to strengthen governance, drive financial sustainability, and enhance leadership effectiveness.
The first webinar is January 8, 2025 at 2pm.
In this series you’ll explore how to recruit and onboard the right board members and how to inspire deeper board engagement in philanthropy and resource development. We’ll also open space for a candid, strategic look at affiliation, recognizing that even if it isn’t on your immediate horizon, it’s a conversation every organization benefits from having before urgency dictates the terms. Finally, we’ll examine the legal implications of AI in aging services, helping you and your board understand both the opportunities and risks that come with emerging technologies.
Approved for 4 NAB (Nursing Home Administrator) continuing education credits*.
Please note: sessions will be recorded and distributed after each session. NAB credits are only available for live attendance.
