How aging services leaders can embrace disruption, foster innovation, and actively shape the future.

Join senior leaders from across New England for a timely and practical retreat focused on what artificial intelligence, emerging technologies, and rapid change mean for the future of aging services.

Register Now

The future is already moving. The question is how we lead.

Aging services organizations have always adapted to changing demographics, workforce pressures, regulatory shifts, consumer expectations, and new models of care and housing.

AI is now part of that change. The most important question is not whether AI will reshape aging services. It already is.

This retreat is not about becoming an AI expert.

It is about creating time and space for senior leaders to step away from day-to-day demands and think strategically about what emerging technologies mean for their organizations, their workforce, and the people they serve.

The organizations that thrive in the years ahead will not necessarily be those with the largest budgets or the most advanced technology. They will be the organizations led by people who are curious, adaptable, willing to experiment, and prepared to embrace change.

Together, we will examine what it means to be an early adopter, how leaders can foster a culture of innovation and learning, and how aging services organizations can move from observing technological change to actively participating in shaping it.
