2025-2026 Leadership Academy

The LeadingAge MA Leadership Academy is open to emerging leaders from across the aging services field who are ready to grow, challenge themselves, and make a deeper impact in their organizations.

Program Duration: 9 months (September–May)
Format: Monthly in-person sessions acorss Massachusetts, guided reflection, peer dialogue, and an individual leadership project
Tuition: $2,200
Application Requirements:

• Completed Application Questionnaire

• Memorandum of Understanding (signed by participant and sponsoring organization)

• Letter of Support from sponsoring manager (please review letter guidelines here)

• A resume or CV
• Scholarship Statement of Need, if applicable.

Status: Applications will open mid-June 2025
