We are thrilled to welcome you to the 2025–2026 LeadingAge Massachusetts Leadership Academy cohort!
To officially confirm your participation, please complete the form by clicking REGISTER NOW on the right hand side of the page. This information will help us finalize planning, support your experience throughout the program, and begin building our new learning community.

2025–2026 Leadership Academy Schedule
Participants in the 2025–2026 LeadingAge Massachusetts Leadership Academy will be placed in either the Monday Cohort or the Friday Cohort. Both cohorts follow the same curriculum and structure, with monthly in-person sessions held on separate days to create space for deeper engagement and connection.

Sessions are hosted at provider member communities across the state.

Typical session hours are 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

Attendance at all sessions is expected.

Session locations will be shared in the coming weeks.

Participants are encouraged to attend all scheduled sessions.
Academy participants to consider hosting a session for their cohort. If this is of interest, please contact Jeanmarie Roberts or indicate your interest in the confirmation form.
The program concludes with a shared graduation ceremony on Friday, May 8, 2026, bringing both cohorts together to celebrate their collective journey. Graduation time and location to be determined.
