LeadingAge MA joins forces with Cinematic Health Education to Offer ReadyCNA to Members

LeadingAge MA is thrilled to announce our new collaboration with Cinematic Health Education and their ReadyCNA online certified nursing assistant (CNA) training program.  ReadyCNA is a purpose built, comprehensive online didactic training program designed to prepare individuals for careers as CNAs. The program revolves around “The Residents,” a three-hour, Hollywood-quality movie that depicts the life of a newly hired CNA. This unique storytelling format promotes learner engagement, knowledge retention, and a realistic, day-to-day depiction of the challenges and rewards of working in a long-term care community.  Here is a short video on the program, which introduces the story that drives student learning.
