2020 LeadingAge MA Annual Exhibition


Due to the continued spread and impact of Novel Coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19) LeadingAge MA has decided to postpone the 2020 Annual Conference and Exhibition, originally scheduled for next Tuesday, June 2nd. We feel it is most important to prioritize the safety of our attendees and the older adults in our communities, and we hope you will accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused by this change in plans.

We plan to be back in touch regarding a new date for this event as quickly as possible. We ask for your patience while we work through all of these changes. We hope the new date will be convenient for you and that you are able to maintain your registration.


The LeadingAge MA Annual Conference is our most well-attended event, drawing close to 300 aging services professionals from all over the state who are seeking to further their knowledge in trends and best practices. This is the premier opportunity to reach key leaders and decision makers in the Massachusetts aging services field.

Exhibit Fees

The fee includes two attendees per booth. Additional attendees will need to register for the event at a rate of $200/person.

This year’s layout includes 8’ (width) x 6’ (depth) booths throughout the tradeshow floor. This has allowed us to create a space that will maximize interaction between you and the attendees! During registration you will be given the opportunity to choose your location preference (first come, first served basis).
