LeadingAge Massachusetts is pleased to announce the 2022 Annual Conference & Exhibition will be held in person on Tuesday, June 7th.

Program Details

Time:  9:00am - 4:45pm (registration opens at 8:00am)
Location: Four Points by Sheraton Hotel, Norwood, MA

Pricing (per person): 

  • LeadingAge MA Provider Member -- $150
  • Resident, Board member or Trustee of LeadingAge MA member organization (including LeadingAge MA Board Members); Public Employees -- $125
  • Nonexhibiting LeadingAge MA Business Affiliate (Associate and Friend) -- $600 
  • Nonmember 2022 Conference Registration -- $750 
CEUs: This program has been approved for Continuing Education for 5.25 total participant hours by NAB/NCERS—Approval #20230606-9.25-A84263-IN.
This program has been approved for 5 Social Work Continuing Education hours for relicensure, in accordance with 258 CMR. NASW-MA Chapter CE Approving Program, Authorization Number D 91164.

Health and Safety Protocols: LeadingAge MA is committed to providing a welcoming and safe experience for all attendees. We will be monitoring community conditions and circumstances leading up to the event and implementing infection mitigation requirements and recommendations accordingly.  

Vaccination against COVID-19 is required for attendance at this event. On the registration form attendees will be asked to attest to the fact that they are fully vaccinated, defined as 2 weeks after completion of a two-dose mRNA series or one dose of Janssen vaccine. We also encourage anyone who is eligible to receive a booster prior to attending this event. Attendees may be asked for proof of vaccination on-site.

Registration Cancellation Policy
LeadingAge Massachusetts must receive a written/email registration cancellation request by May 31, 2022 to guarantee a refund, minus a $15.00 non-refundable cancellation fee. Cancellations made after this date and non-attending registrants are responsible for the full registration fee. Substitutions are encouraged for any attendee that is not able to attend.

Overnight Accommodations

A block of standard queen rooms are available for the night of June 6th – 1 queen bed and the rate is 145.00 per night single occupancy.

The cut-off date for accepting reservations into the block is May 9.
