Program Description

Teamwork is essential at work. And yet, many people are unprepared to participate in and lead high performing teams, especially in today’s diverse and fast paced working environment.  This workshop provides participants with the opportunity to understand the fundamental building blocks of great team performance. Participants will explore what it takes to build an effective team as well as how to maximize their own teamwork skills, style and abilities. Prepare for a fast-paced and interactive journey that will amplify your understanding of teamwork and how to practically apply workshop skills and content to make a positive difference in the teams you are currently working on or leading. You will walk out of this workshop informed, energized and with a practical plan to use what you’ve learned back at work.
