This hands-on half-day workshop will introduce you to methods being used by the top innovation companies. Design Thinking methods can be applied to products, services, processes, and even physical locations. Anything that needs to be optimized for human interaction can be improved using the 5-Step Design Thinking process. You can design the way you lead, manage, create and innovate – you can even design your life.
