LeadingAge Massachusetts, formerly MassAging, is the only organization representing the full continuum of mission-driven, not-for-profit providers of health care, housing, and services for older persons in Massachusetts. Members of LeadingAge Massachusetts provide housing and services to more than 25,000 older persons in the Commonwealth each year.

The mission of LeadingAge Massachusetts is to Expand the World of Possibilities for Aging. We strive for this by leading in innovative practices that transform how we care for our aging population, spear-heading cutting-edge initiatives to develop services that meet older adults’ needs and preferences, and advocating to advance the interests of the aging consumer.

Our national partner, LeadingAge, is an association of 6,000 not for profit organizations dedicated to expanding the world of possibilities for aging. Together, we advance policies, promote practices and conduct research that supports, enables and empowers people to live fully as they age.

  • 2014 Facilities Symposium - Under pressure to reduce costs and subject to continuous innovation and development, it is critical for facilities and maintenance departments to stay on top of the latest trends in order to remain successful.   • 60th Annual Meeting of the Membership!  We would like to invite members to join us at the 60th Annual Meeting of the Membership.   • Call for Sessions! Would you be willing to share your innovative idea, program or achievement?  If so, consider submitting a session proposal for the 2015 Annual Confernece.  Deadline for submitting proposals is Wednesday December 17, 2014. Individuals and organizations are invited to submit proposals for session presentations at LeadgingAge Massachusetts’ 2015 Annual Conference and Exhibition which will be held on May 7, 2015 at the Holiday Inn Boxborough.
