This session helps you understand your working style using the popular DiSC model. We will investigate the strengths and challenges associated with the 4 DiSC styles. Learn how to deal with the challenges associated with your style and how to work effectively with other styles. Registration for this program will begin early September.

Participants will learn how to identify potential conflicts and to manage them in creative ways. The importance of initiative and non-defensive communication is emphasized, and participants are urged to identify their own behaviors, which contribute to conflict and disorganization.
